IM Account Field Reference Key -

Green = Enter a description

Blue = “Partnership” values assigned by ClearCompany that will always be used across any/all client ClearCompany IM accounts.
Purple = Located in your deverus Admin Module

CRA/ATS Partnership Required?: Yes, you can begin this process by visiting clearcompany.com/integrations and locating the 'Get Started' form at the bottom of the page

Integration Requirements -

  • CRA/ClearCompany Partnership is Active/Valid

  • Client has an existing ClearCompany instance

  • SwiftHire Mobile

  • ClearCompany assigns/provides a Partner ID which is then provided to deverus


deverus Platform Requirements -

  • For SwiftHire Mobile -

    • SwiftHire Settings are configured - Recommended at client-type level

    • All user profiles have SwiftHire Settings configured in their respective HR Modules

  • Active default user at client level(s)

  • Active package(s) - Recommended at client-type level

  • If multiple locations, Branch Administration is enabled at Primary Branch

    • All associated clients/locations are nested under this Branch Administration
