VeroConnect, deverus’s proprietary API, enhances hiring efficiency by seamlessly connecting Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) with deverus’s background check API. This integration allows for the transfer of applicant data from ATS platforms to deverus, streamlining the background check process and reducing manual errors. VeroConnect enables Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to code directly with the deverus API, thereby facilitating expanded growth opportunities and broader integration capabilities for HR technologies.
These steps will guide you through creating and configuring new VeroConnect accounts in Integration Home.
Open Integration Home (Integration Tab -> Integration Home)
Select VeroConnect tile
Select ‘Configure Existing Client’
Use the type-ahead field (minimum of x3 characters) to locate and select the appropriate client.
Select the type of report results link
‘Report Link with Login’
‘Report Link without Login’ (tokenized)
If ‘Report Link without Login’ is selected in the previous step, click the dropdown menu immediately below and choose one of the x3 expiration times
‘Expires after 1 week’
‘Expires after 2 weeks’
‘Expires after 30 days’
To use SwiftHire Mobile, toggle on ‘Use SwiftHire’. Otherwise, leave toggled off for direct ordering
Save the configurations and close.
Locate the account that you just created and select ‘Settings’ → ‘Credentials’ → Toggle on ‘Show Private Credentials’ → Copy API Private Key and Integration URL to provide to the ATS developers.
