Search Setup
The FACIS search products are already integrated in the system. Follow the steps to setup this search as for any normal search setup in order to make these available to clients. This includes but is not limited to, client type search setup, pricing, QA, etc.
*NOTE* If there is an error in the error log, then search will continue to try to submit through our retry process.
If there has been a substantial amount of time since the search encountered an error, please reach out to deverus support.

If you have not used FACIS yet, you can receive 3 free searches, one for each product in order to generate sample results for you to review. Please contact [email protected] once you've placed these test searches in order to receive credit.
What gets passed to the researcher?
When a Facis is ordered, following subject information is passed:
First name
Middle Name
Last Name
DOB
SSN
Test Name
Below is a test name that can be used:
Subject Name: | Jim Jones |
Subject DOB: | 10/10/1950 |
The Pricing is as follows:
FACIS 1 | $1.25 |
FACIS 1M | $2.75 |
