i3screen is a service that can be integrated with deverus to help create, schedule, and organize custom drug screening searches. First, you will need to make sure you have an account with i3screen. Please use the contacts below to sign up. After your i3screen account has been created, a connection will need to be established between your newly created i3screen account and your deverus system.

Once your account has been created, a support case can be submitted with deverus support requesting the connection to be made. The connection can be established at any time, either during onboarding or even after you've been using deverus for some time.

After your account with i3screen has been created, deverus will work with i3screen to configure data points to finalize the connection between your deverus environment and your new i3screening account.

deverus will provide a WSDL (a root system address) and unique username to i3screen.
In return, i3screen will provide this information to deverus to be added to your configuration files:

[i3pass] i3 password

Now that the connection between your i3screen account and your deverus environment has been established, you are ready to set up specific accounts for your clients and drug products. Please see the i3screen Custom Drug Screening Search Setup Process article here for instructions:

When your clients order one of the i3-integrated drug searches, they will have two options for scheduling:

1. Schedule now - After the order is placed, the user will be logged into the i3screen module branded for your company to schedule the collection.

2. Allow the donor to schedule - A link will be sent to the donor from i3, which allows the donor to go into an i3screen module branded for your company to schedule the collection.

If an order for an i3 drug screen is placed via a package ordered as SwiftHire Mobile Without Review (more information here) then the scheduling option will default to the donor.

I3screen integrated orders can also be initiated from the Admin module. All subject information will need to be satisfied in order for the scheduling email to be sent to the subject. If any values are not filled in, such as phone number or SSN, the order will not be satisfied and no scheduling email will be sent.

When results are returned, they will follow the matching criteria set under the custom drug screen configuration screen and the results can be managed in the drug management queue.
