What is the National Eviction Search?
Processed through DataDivers, the National Eviction Search is an instant, nationwide product that delivers case information related to evictions from civil court records. The product uses full name and SSN to search records and, when applicable, returns information including jurisdiction, disposition, file date, etc, similar to other criminal record searches.
Verify Access to the National Evictions Integration
To make sure you have the National Evictions integration available to you:
Click System Settings in the upper right corner.
Click on Search Names (under the Searches heading).
Look for a search named "National Eviction Search." This can be renamed.
If you see this search, then no further work is required - we have already set it up for you! Just go to the client type to enable for ordering and designate price!
If you do not see this search, please submit a support ticket and we'll add the search to your system.
Offering the Eviction Search to Clients
Now you simply need to offer the National Evictions Search to your clients, assuming you haven't already done so. Follow these standard steps to add the search for one or more clients.
Navigate to Sales > Client Types.
Find the client type to whom you'd like to offer the Eviction search, click its name to expand it, and click the Search Options link.
From the top section of the page, enable the National Eviction Search by checking the box, then save the page.
Back on the Client Types page, click the Edit Ordering Box link, and add the National Eviction Search to the ordering box of your choice (or create a new ordering box).
Return to Sales > Client Types, click the client type in question, and click the Edit Pricing link.
Set the National Eviction Search price for that client type to your liking.
In addition, you can add the National Eviction Search to any packages you desire, or create a new package to include it. For any clients that have their own specific search and pricing settings, you'll need to change the settings for these individual clients to enable the National Eviction Search, just as you did for client types.
That's it! Your clients will now be able to order the National Eviction Search.
*NOTE* Currently, only one address can be ordered at a time. This is the same address that is entered on the applicant profile page during the ordering process.

The pricing for this search type is currently $3.50.
