Description
This feature allows the CRA to enforce a minimum for the number of employment verifications an applicant provides in a Swifthire. This can result in reduced research time for the CRA and/or the Researcher. This feature is only available for Swifthire Mobile, not Swifthire 1.0 (Legacy).
NOTE: This feature is NOT compatible with using the employment gap or packages with unlimited employment verifications
This feature can be enabled under a client or client types ordering options pictured below:
Using this setting, a client can enforce a minimum amount of verifications that the applicant will input information for during their Swifthire process. This number is determined by the number of verifications configured for the package.
If an applicant is unable to provide information to satisfy the minimum requirements, then a new custom search type will be ordered for the package: Verification Minimum Requirement
Verification Minimum Requirement Search Type
NOTE: Please ensure the Verification Minimum Requirement is enabled at the client type level
This search is ordered so that the CRA will know when an applicant does not fulfill the minimum verification requirements so they can provide that information to my HR client. NOTE: This search type can be priced outside the package price if desired
Results Formatting
This search type will remain in progress until a CRA admin user closes out the search. When the search is closed out, the CRA is given the option to type any additional information needed to add to the result.
The default result that is not changeable and will always be listed for this search type is "The applicant could not provide additional employment information on record x of x required."
Enforcing Exact Number of Employment Verifications
This feature can be combined with an additional ordering option to require the applicant to input information for a specific number of Employment Verifications. By enabling these two settings under the ordering options, the applicant will be required to put a specific number of employment history during their Swifthire (determined by the number of employment verifications in the package):
