Enabling SwiftHire Mobile

The first step to enable SwiftHire Mobile for your clients takes place in the Admin Module. From the Admin module, locate the client you would like to enable either at the client or client type level, and navigate to their SwiftHire Settings. Click the radio button for Mobile and click Update:

*NOTE* The Require SSN and Require Address options are for SH 1.0 only. SwiftHire Mobile will always require either the SSN or the government ID from the applicant. The Government ID field has no validation requirements.

Global Swifthire Links

The setting to enable package-based SwiftHire links will allow your clients to select a package and make the SwiftHire invitation available to anyone via a web-URL. This URL can be included in an email marketing campaign, emailed directly, or embedded into a website. If you would like to jump ahead to learn more about Global Links, click HERE.

Custom Consent Process

Enabling the Custom Consent will give you extra abilities to fulfill your clients' needs in addition to the available built-in Disclosure and Consent forms. For more information on the custom consents, please click HERE.

Setting Up Automatic Expiration

The Days Before Cancellation setting can be used to disable pending SwiftHire requests automatically after a certain number of days, measured in 24hr calendar days. If '30' is selected from the dropdown, any pending links that have not been completed after 30 calendar days will automatically be removed from the HR client's SwiftHire queue. If an applicant clicks on an expired invitation link, they will receive a brief message indicating the order link is no longer valid. To disable this feature, the Days before Cancellation can be set to 0.

*NOTE* The Days Before Cancellation setting is only for individual SwiftHire invitations; it is not compatible with Global Links.
