QA Instant Searches and Follow-up Searches

QA Instant Results

Instant searches from Data Divers (deverusdirect2), Innovative, Themis or Cleara will automatically route to QA if there is a flag or if your QA settings are set to send searches to QA.

Unlike other searches in QA, this search will prompt a pop-up QA screen when you click the search ID in QA. Ensure your pop-up blocker allows these to come through.

To view results, click on the Subject Name in the QA board or click the status link on the search card. The following screen will appear:

A. Click on the returned name to view the hit details; you may see a name variation in this column if your Data Divers settings allow nicknames to return from the database

B. Click on the Order + link to order a follow-up county search to verify the record

C. At this stage, you can choose to report the hit here and on the county level, or only report the county hit; simply click which searches you would like to report and click the "Send the Above Records to the Client"

D. The Attention column will notify you if the record is being reported past a 7-year time frame or if it is an ambiguous record that may need more attention to detail

Insert Custom Results or Messaging

You can decide to insert a different message for this search result or copy and paste information from the county hit.

Many CRA's may even insert a custom message instructing the reader to view the corresponding county search for accurate results in this box. Simply choose your message and use the "Disregard Records Above and Send This Record Result to Client." This will close out the search with a "record" status and include any text entered here in the results.

Or, you can simply choose to "Send No Record to Client"

Data Divers instant search supports the feature of ordering follow-up searches while in QA.
