After the Packages and Locations have been mapped in Integration Manager, you can begin testing the connection with the help of the UKG Ready consultant.
1. Consultant prepares a test applicant in Submitted status
2. Wait 1–2 hours for polling to trigger SwiftHire invite
3. Log into deverus as the client and confirm invite exists
4. Complete the SwiftHire invite as the applicant
5. Complete the background report
6. Consultant should confirm:
Status: Complete

🔎 Note: The IM Queue is a helpful tool during testing. Once the test report is in progress, navigate to the Integration tab → Integration Queue, then select Kronos as the Integrated Partner. This allows you to monitor the report activity and confirm whether it is being successfully sent back to UKG or make note of any errors being returned.
