Once you have obtained all the necessary credentials from the UKG Ready consultant, you can configure the account in Integration Manager using the following steps.
1. Log in to deverus → Integration tab → Home
2. Click the UKG Ready (Kronos) tile → “Configure Existing Client”
3. Search and select the top-level client account
4. Choose report link method:
With Login: Requires deverus credentials to view
Without Login: Direct view link, choose how long a user can click the link in UKG to access the report
5. Toggle SwiftHire = On
6. Enter the API credentials exactly as provided
7. Click Save
